Rob Pruett, Founder & CEO of The Collaborative, Inc., has invested over four decades in mentoring pastors, youth workers, and community leaders. His passion is helping leaders grow with character, integrity, and transparency so they can thrive in faith, family, and ministry. Today, Rob continues to walk alongside more than 20 leaders across the U.S., offering coaching and encouragement that transforms lives and communities.
What We Believe
GOD
We believe in one eternal God, the Creator of all things, who exists outside of time and desires a personal relationship with us. His love is unending, and His purpose is to guide us toward a life of meaning and fulfillment.
Jesus Christ
We believe God sent His only Son, Jesus, to redeem humanity. Born of a virgin, Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life, willingly sacrificed Himself on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead, offering salvation to all who believe in Him.
The Trinity
We believe in one God who exists as three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Together, they work in perfect unity to reveal God’s love and purpose to the world.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of grace made possible through the sacrifice of Jesus. It is not earned by good works but received through faith in Him. Jesus’ blood cleanses us from sin, and through Him, we find forgiveness, freedom, and eternal life.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word, written by faithful individuals under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate authority for faith, conduct, and the roadmap for living a life that honors God.
The Local Church
We believe the local church is essential to Christian life. It is a gathering of believers united to worship God, grow in His Word, and support one another in faith and everyday challenges. The church provides a place for encouragement, accountability, and spiritual growth.
Marriage
We believe marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to unite one man and one woman as a reflection of His image. This union serves as a cornerstone for families and demonstrates God’s design for love and commitment.
